Antimicrobial Activity of Eungyosan on the Staphylococcus aureus

Abstract
|
|
|
The effects of Eungyosan on the microbial growth were investigated. The antimicrobial
activities and cell growth, which inhibits the effect, were investigated to Staphylococcus aureus
ATCC13565 toxin A.D, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC14458 toxin B and Staphylococcus aureus
ATCC19095 toxin C with different concentrations of Eungyosan. Eungyosan showed the ntimicrobial activities on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC13565 toxin A.D, Staphylococcus aureus
ATCC14458 toxin B and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC19095 toxin C. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of Eungyosan appeared to 300mg/mL ~ 400mg/mL on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC13565 toxin A.D, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC14458 toxin B and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC19095 toxin C. The cell growth inhibitions by Eungyosan were observed from
Staphylococcus aureus ATCC13565 toxin A.D, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC14458 toxin B and
Staphylococcus aureus ATCC19095 toxin C during 48hrs incubation period.
